9/30/04: Have updated quite a few things.

• The press releases have been updated to give a general status report of the Blackbirds.
• Some positions in internal government have taken on new hirees. The image model has been updated.
• The internal government page has been updated to reflect the current role of the Consulting Team.
• The Company Bios have been updated.
