The others are engaged in backup.Amorpha, Astraea: Appeal to soulbonders by contributing pieces in soulbonding communities which describe soulbonding in terms of plurality. It might be helpful to emphasize the concept of other worlds. This will defuse some of the fear of "MPD" seen among many soulbonders.
Astraea, Blackbirds: Still doing these pages, Pavilion, and the Layman's Guide.
Astraea with help from an anonymous singlet contact: Get Pacifica Radio to do a feature on plurality. Offer to be interviewed by same.
Blackbirds, Astraea: General management. Organize and coordinate staff meetings.
Phoenix, ?: Work up a fiction novel/series (perhaps) to deal with median/multiplicity that we can float around, and at least publish online.
Astraea: Locate newspaper contacts.
Traffic: handling incoming mail.
Advertising: advertising
Production: doing web pages, writing.
Promotion: brochure actions, requests for volunteers, press releases
Engineering: Getting web space, technical aspects.
For instance, the Pacifica Radio thing would fall under production (writing the stuff we are going to say to them to get them to interview us, then writing an outline in preparation for the interview) but also under promotion, because obviously it's a promotional activity.
